Booking Your Appointment To book your appointment, simply click the ‘Book Now’ button. You’ll be able to view all available time slots and pricing. If you have any questions before booking, feel free to send a message. Can’t Find a Suitable Slot? If you can’t see an appointment that works for you, please message with the following details: • The service(s) you’d like to book • Your preferred date and time I’ll always do my best to accommodate you where possible. Payments • Hair payments: Bank transfer or cash • Fittings: Cash on the day only Card details are required to secure your booking. No payment is taken online—your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or a no-show. Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Parking Information There is a large free car park directly in front of the salon at Enterprise House. Deposits At certain times of the year, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. • Your deposit will be deducted from your final service cost on the day of your appointment.
