Booking Your Appointment To book your appointment, simply click the ‘Book Now’ button. You’ll be able to view all available time slots and pricing. If you have any questions before booking, feel free to get in touch via message. Can’t Find a Suitable Slot? If you’re unable to find an available appointment, please message with the following details: • The service(s) you're looking to book • Preferred date and time I’ll do my best to fit you in where possible. Not all appointment slots are visible online, so don’t hesitate to reach out! Payments • Hair payments: Bank transfer or Cash • Fittings: Cash on the day ONLY Card details are required to secure your booking. NO payment is taken online—your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Cancellations & No-Shows • No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Parking Information There are several parking options near the salon: • Main road opposite the salon – free for 2 hours • Behind Shottons or Middleton Grange Shopping Centre – approximately a 5–10 minute walk Deposits At certain times of the year, a deposit will be required to secure your booking. • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. • Your deposit will be deducted from the final service cost on the day of your appointment.
